Annual GP First membership funds your doctor and practice nurse consultation at General Medical Clinics. Simply choose which central London medical centre will be most convenient and contact the centre's reception.
We aim to complement your NHS doctor and offer you excellent, confidential and convenient health care. Unlike the NHS, there are charges for tests and prescribed drugs. Our doctors will discuss your options with you - to help you make informed health choices. You can access a variety of specialist health services at each medical centre.

- Complete the application form and click 'submit' OR apply at the GenMed centre you wish to join
- We will process your application, take payment and issue your personal GP First membership card
- Simply keep your membership card to hand for our contact details when you need to arrange a consultation
